All orders are processed and shipped from our artisan workshop partners in Morocco.
We work closely with skilled Moroccan craftspeople to deliver authentic, handmade products directly to your home.


2. Shipping Carriers

We ship all orders using FedEx International to ensure fast, reliable, and trackable delivery.


3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United States

  • United Kingdom

If you are located outside these regions, please contact us at support@elallamllc.shop to confirm availability.


4. Processing Time

Orders are processed within:

1–3 business days

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.


5. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • United States: 3–10 business days

  • United Kingdom: 3–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance or high shipping periods.


6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A FedEx tracking number

  • A direct link to track your shipment in real time

If your tracking number is not working immediately, please allow 24 hours for it to update.
