Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you experience any issues with your item, we are here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns if:

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • There is a quality issue

  • You are not satisfied with your order for a valid reason

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • It must be in the original packaging

  • You must request a return within 30 days of delivery


2. Return Process

3. Refunds

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued back to your original payment method (Stripe, card, etc.)

  • Refund processing may take 3–7 business days, depending on your bank

We guarantee a full refund if your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.


4. Exchanges

We offer item exchanges if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • You received the wrong item

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please mention it when you contact us.


5. Return Shipping Costs

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Packaging photos

  • Order number

We will immediately arrange a replacement or refund.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Items purchased on final sale

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Products that show signs of use or wear


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  2. Contact your bank or card provider (processing time may vary)
